Hi Rabbi,

Wow, that was wonderful to hear you on the radio, and your brother singing as well!

What an exciting evening... and what a wonderful endevor. I'll listen in as much as I can since its such a treat!

I had one comment to go with all the good ones, like how you just seem to have a voice that matches radio announcing beautifully!

I also really got a lot out of your talk about the Hebrew letters and what they mean... I remember you saying that its maybe too much for the first show, but it was so perfect and right on the mark!

Ok, so here's my 2 cents... just because I remember you asking for feedback a couple of times. It's more a perspective of how I feel and wondering if you would appreciate hearing... I guess I have a lot of sensitivity to how things might be seen as abrasive to others. For example. If I said, in a paragraph, that the "Jews were the chosen people," I would also include in the same paragraph, that the Jews were chosen to receive the Torah and 61 Mitzvahs that will change the world and that this is a heavy load, a responsibility, a lot to do to make the world a better place etc., So in other words, I'd include the part that shows humility because otherwise folks out there are going to assume the Jewish Religion sure is arrogant. It's just the other half of the sentence to say it with humility and humbleness... you know? Its just come up a few times and I just feel so strongly about the humbleness part... only because its so easy for folks to misunderstand.

Its also easy to misunderstand comments on things like the 7 day war. If you say things that may be misunderstood or allude to the tune of G-d was on our side... those that hear it may not understand. After all, in a different context, how many terrible things have been done by other people throughout history who said the same thing! Again, "Easily misunderstood by others."

Ok, comment number two... Politics are very hard to talk about and a volatile subject...I'd rather see your radio show stay out of the political arena to a certain extent... I had that feeling before the show... a concern really, that you'll end up with listeners using the "confrontive" part of thier brain instead of spiritual... and keeping the show on the higher path could be a good way to go...

Congratulations on a truly engaging, uplifting first show!
